Who We Are
Lake Oconee Assisted Living LLC operates two Community Living Arrangement (CLA) homes, a Personal Care Home, and the Kingdom Kare Service Center (Adult Daycare and Community Access) which are a continuum of care designed to meet the unique needs of the individuals we serve.
- Community Living Arrangements (CLA) provide comfortable, family-style residences where adults receive daily living support, skill development, and social connection.
- Personal Care Homes provide a family-style residence where individuals with different levels of medical needs and attention receive professional supervision, support, and care
- Kingdom Kare Service Center offers daytime programs focused on social interaction, community integration, skill-building, and health maintenance in a vibrant, caring environment.
About Us
Lake Oconee Assisted Living LLC was founded on a simple belief: every adult with developmental disabilities deserves a life filled with respect, opportunity, and genuine belonging. Our organization provides a continuum of care through two Community Living Arrangement (CLA) homes and our Adult Day Health Care facility, Kingdom Kare Service Center. Together, these programs create a supportive ecosystem where individuals can thrive at their own pace and in their own way.
We support adults with developmental disabilities who benefit from structured care, daily living assistance, and meaningful engagement.
